I'm trying to convert an avi to mp4 but it keeps saying permission denied. ![]() No compiling on your part required. Was wondering if anybody could help me out here. Gyan is one of the people who stepped up when Zeranoe retired from doing it:Īnd if you dig through his about section, those builds are made with hw support for all the major platforms, so they would have the GPU support you are after. Search for 'ffmpeg binary builds' and you'll find them. However, if all you want to do is use a build of ffmpeg which can use nVidia hardware acceleration, there are folks out there who already do builds and make them available with the support compiled in, you actually don't have to do it yourself (the ffmpeg site has to make it out that way because of nVidia licensing, which is why that language is in there). Unless I'm missing something in my installation? It seems pretty thorough at first, but even though it's less than a year old, I start to get a bit lost.įirstly Vstudio has updated which is probably why in this part: I've been trying to install FFMPEG on my server using ( ). ![]()
